DUNCAN, Circuit Judge:

Defendants Masoud Khan (“Khan”), Sei-fullah Chapman (“Chapman”), and Ham-mad Abdur-Raheem (“Hammad”) appeal their convictions after a bench trial on various counts related to a conspiracy to wage armed conflict against the United States and a conspiracy to wage armed conflict against a country with whom the United States is at peace.
