OPINION

GRANT, Judge.

James Raymond Coleman, appellant (Coleman), petitions this court for review of the trial court's denial of his petition for post conviction relief. He claims that the record does not support a factual basis for his guilty plea. We agree.

The sparse record before us reveals that Coleman was indicted by a grand jury for custodial interference, a class 6 felony. Coleman entered into a written plea agreement on August 30, 1984, in which h'e agreed to plead guilty to custodial interference, an undesignated charge.
