Defendant, Jesse J. Crisler, was found guilty by a district court jury of second-degree murder 1 and sentenced to 0 to 40 years. On appeal he asserts that the evidence was insufficient to support the jury’s verdict of guilty, that the jury was not properly instructed on the defense of accidental death, and that the trial court erred in admitting into evidence statements made by him to the police.
