Petitioner seeks a writ of certiorari to review the Court of Appeals’ opinion in State v. Drayton, 411 S.C. 533, 769 S.E.2d 254 (Ct.App.2015). We grant the petition as to Questions I and II, dispense with further briefing, vacate the portion of the Court of Appeals’ opinion addressing petitioner’s expectation of privacy in his historical cell site location data (HCSLD), and affirm in result. We deny the petition as to Question III.
