Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Travers, J.), entered April 1, 1987 in Rensselaer County, which denied defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.

The accident giving rise to plaintiff’s personal injury claim occurred on October 22, 1979 when plaintiff, riding a bicycle, was struck by a motor vehicle. Suit was commenced in September 1982.
