Brewer and Hardaway were jointly tried and convicted of theft by taking, and they appeal. Held:
1. Hardaway complains that the court erred in not granting him a continuance in order to hire private counsel to represent him. This contention is without merit. Hardaway’s case had appeared on the trial calendar many times previously over a period of several months, during which period he had changed lawyers several times resulting in continued delays of the trial.
