Appellant (“the Husband”) appeals the final judgment of dissolution of marriage, raising three issues on appeal. The Husband asserts that the trial court erred in: (1) including funds in the equitable distribution scheme that the Husband obtained from two marital retirement accounts, when these funds were used for the payment. of living expenses and temporary support, asserting there was no evidence that these funds were dissipated as a result of misconduct; (2) awarding the Wife permanent alimony without proper support for the award; and (3) awarding the Wife a portion of her attorney’s fees…
