Beals, C. J. —

During the month of December, 1928, plaintiff and her late husband, Lewis M. Weaver, were the owners of a tract of land in Chelan county, Washington, and defendants Stinson were the owners of a lot and the dwelling situated thereon in the city of Spokane,, which property was then subject to a mortgage in favor of Citizens Savings and Loan Society of Spokane. This mortgage had been executed March 10, 1925, in the sum of fourteen hundred dollars, payable, principal and interest, in monthly installments of eighteen dollars.
