MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

AMY J. ST. EVE, District Judge:

Plaintiff LG Electronics U.S.A., Inc. (“LG”), brought the present action against Defendant Whirlpool Corporation (“Whirlpool”), alleging that the latter’s false advertising of its purportedly steam-based dryers violated the Lanham Act, the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act (“CFA”), and the Illinois Uniform Deceptive Trade Practices Act (“IUDTPA”).
