Introduction—
This is a chapter 13 bankruptcy case, commenced by the debtors’ joint petition under title 11, United States Code, filed in this Court on March 2, 1987. The above-styled adversary proceeding was commenced by the debtors’ complaint filed herein on December 3, 1987, seeking preliminary and permanent injunctions, a monetary judgment for damages, and other relief against the defendant bank.
