In March, 1893, the District Court of Lyon county rendered a decree in favor of the Nordyke-Marmon Company against Jones Bros, for four thousand one hundred and sixteen dollars and sixty-seven cents, and twenty-six dollars and forty cents costs, and for the foreclosure of a mechanic’s lien therefor on a gristmill and its fixtures and machinery.
