MEMORANDUM OPINION
ROBERT C. McGUIRE, Chief Judge.
On December 20,1999, came to be heard the motion of Bobby Lutz (“Lutz”) to dismiss this bankruptcy and the pending adversary. involving the named debtor, “ABZ”. The Chapter 7 Trustee opposed such dismissal.
The Court has jurisdiction over this core proceeding under 28 U.S.C. §§ 1334 and 157(b)(2)(A) & (0). The following are the Court’s findings of fact and conclusions of law under Bankruptcy Rules 9014 and 7052.
