Affirming.
At the trial of an indictment, found and retnrned by the Casey county grand jury, accusing him of murdering Archie Wilson, the appellant, Stanley Stean, was convicted of voluntary manslaughter and punished by confinement in the penitentiary for four years. His motion for a new trial was overruled and he prosecutes this appeal.
