Appellants Glen Bashaw, Harold D. Goffin, Sr., and the Monticello Social Club, Inc., appeal the judgment and order of the Drew County Circuit Court finding that the Club was a public nuisance and enjoining its operation. The trial court further ordered the premises to be closed, unless and until it is demonstrated that compliance with the injunction has been made.
