Affirming.

These are two drainage proceedings instituted in the Ballard county court under section 2380b, Kentucky 'Statutes. In the county court a judgment was rendered overruling the exceptions filed to the viewers’ report and the drainage district was established on December 11, 1920. An appeal was taken to the Ballard circuit court; the cases were tried April 29, 1921, and judgment entered sustaining the exceptions to the viewers ’ report *737and dismissing the petitions.
