Plaintiffs move herein pursuant to CPLR 6223 to vacate an order of attachment upon the ground that the attachment is unnecessary to the security of plaintiffs. The Sheriff of the City of New York opposes plaintiffs’ motion and cross-moves for an order directing plaintiffs to pay the Sheriff’s statutory poundage fees.
