MEMORANDUM ORDER

MARTEN, District Judge.

The Trustee in bankruptcy proceedings filed a complaint alleging breach of contract against Ford County Title Company. The basis of the Trustee’s complaint was Ford’s refusal to issue a title insurance policy without an exception for tax liens. The Trustee sought damages for the cost of replacement insurance and legal fees and expenses. Bankruptcy Judge Julie Robinson entered judgment against Ford in the amount of $2,375.00.
