Opinion on revocation of bail on each indictment. The defendant was arraigned on all four indictments on January 20, 1937. He pleaded not guilty on each. He was remanded for trial, and bail was denied as a matter of judicial discretion under the authority of section 553 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
