QUESTION: What conflict of interest rules or laws govern the members of the Hillsborough County Aviation Authority while acting in that capacity?

SUMMARY: The Hillsborough County Aviation Authority is, for the purposes of the Standards of Conduct Law, ss. 112.311- 112.318, F. S., and pursuant to s. 1.01(9), F.S., a "political subdivision" of this state, making the members of the authority subject to the provisions of the Standards of Conduct Law.
