Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County (Rooney, J.), rendered October 17, 2013, convicting him of robbery in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
The defendant contends that the Supreme Court’s charge to the jury on the definition of robbery in the second degree was deficient, and furthermore, constructively amended the indictment.
