MEMORANDUM OPINION AND DECISION

This case comes before the Court after a Trial on the Plaintiffs Complaint to Determine the Dischargeability of certain debts under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(5). The specific debts at issue in this case involve the Defendant’s obligation to pay on certain notes which were secured against the real property awarded to the Defendant in the Parties’ Divorce.
