dissenting. The evidence in this record dictates an order of this Court reversing the action of the trial court in granting an absolute divorce and dismissing the action for want of equity. I, therefore, cannot join in the action of the majority and accordingly, I dissent.
The appellee, Tait Ford, Jr., alleged the following as grounds for an absolute divorce, from his wife, the appellant, who were married on March 18, I960 and lived together as husband and wife until sometime in August, 1974:
