In 1913 Jacob F. Schoellkopf, by written instrument, created a trust to continue during the lives of two grandchildren, Wilhelmina Schoellkopf and Jacob Schoellkopf IV, who are not otherwise mentioned in the instrument. Under its terms the income from the trust fund is to be paid to Hermann Schoellkopf, one of the sons of the settlor, during bis life and after the death of Hermann Schoellkopf to Ernst Schoellkopf, another son. Upon the termination of the trust the principal is to be paid over “ unto the person or persons at that time entitled to the income under the terms of this instrument.”…
