In an administrative review action, the trial court affirmed the order of the Illinois Department of Public Aid (IDEA or Department) terminating plaintiff, Dario Lebajo, M.D., from participating in the medical assistance program and ordering plaintiff to repay the IDEA the sum of $15,118.11.
