ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT’S MOTION TO SUPPRESS

BORMAN, District Judge.

This is a criminal case involving a single count indictment charging Defendant Richard Parker with a violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1) — felon in possession of a firearm. Now before the Court is Defendant’s motion to suppress the firearm as well as certain statements concerning the location of the firearm made by Defendant after his arrest.
