This writ of error assails a decree entered in a cause wherein Arthur W. Burnham and others, judgment creditors and assignees of judgment creditors of the Winthrop Harbor and Dock Company, were complainants, and Caroline Both, William O. Heinroth, H. Martin, Joseph Husak, Lawrence C. Moore, William D. Cravens, F. H. Novak and George N. Powell, sheriff of Lake County, were defendants.
