The plaintiffs (appellees here) in November, 1930, filed a bill for partition in the circuit court of Cook county, and because of various amendments of the bill and answers the case was not at issue until 1936. During the course of the proceedings the controversy centered upon the right of the plaintiffs to have a decree reforming the description of certain real estate conveyed by the ancestors of the plaintiffs.
