Following this court’s decision granting habeas relief to appellant Sandra Lockett, appellee moved for rehearing. The appellee’s motion is granted and the opinion and *409order of this court filed in this case on February 14, 1984 are vacated.
On appeal, Lockett contends that the district court improperly denied her petition for habeas corpus.
