On March 12, 1998, plaintiff, Michael Markantonis, (“husband”) and defendant Norma Gabriela Markantonis (“wife”) were married in New Rochelle, New York. There were no children born of the marriage. The parties separated and husband filed a complaint in divorce on December 5, 2011. Husband claims that the marriage is irretrievably broken and requests dissolution of the marriage.
