|,The Plaintiffs, Lloyd Bordelon and his wife, Dotris Bordelon, filed suit, seeking damages stemming from a vehicle/pedestrian accident. The Plaintiffs waived their right to a trial by jury and stipulated that their cause of action did not exceed $50,000.00. After a bench trial, the trial court issued a judgment in favor of the Plaintiffs. The Defendants, Howard J.
