In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 75 to vacate an arbitration award, the petitioner appeals, as limited by its brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Mahon, J.), entered April 4, 2005, as, upon reargument, in effect, denied the petition and dismissed the proceeding.

Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, without costs or disbursements.
