Affirming.
Theodora Weber, as administratrix of her deceased husband, Daniel Weber, recovered judgment for $10,000 in the Campbell circuit court against F. J. Woltering and the C. Rice Packing Company, a corporation, for the death of her decedent, alleged to have been caused by the negligent operation of an automobile of the pack-, ing company which was being operated by Woltering, its employee, in the course of his employment.
