In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR 7510 to confirm an arbitration award, the Three Village Teachers’ Association *627appeals from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Cannavo, J.), dated November 20, 1985, which denied the application and vacated the award.
Ordered that the order and judgment is affirmed, with costs.
