The errors and points relied upon by appellant relate to the sufficiency of the evidence and alleged errors in instructions; also to the constitutionality of Chapter 192, Acts of the Thirty-ninth General Assembly. It is thought by appellant that the act violates Section 6 of Article 1, Section 9 of Article 1, and Section 30 of Article 3, of the Constitution of Iowa, ¿nd the Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States.
