Tliis action was brought by -the trustees of the Columbia Graded Common School against the town of Columbia, its trustees, and the board of education of Adair county, to quiet the title of the plaintiffs to the school house and lot in Columbia, which was known as “common school district No. 1” (formerly *493No. 29).
