MEMORANDUM OPINION

Patricia Riley Soper and her husband, William L. Soper, Jr., plaintiffs, filed this suit in the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County in Maryland against Burt M. Kahn, Esquire and the law firm of Baskin & Sears, defendants, alleging, among other things, that defendants were guilty of legal malpractice. The defendants impleaded Martindale-Hubbell, Inc., third-party defendant, for indemnification and/or contribution on the underlying malpractice claim.
