CASTLE, Circuit Judge.

Floyd Williams, the defendant-appellant, was convicted following a jury trial of unlawful sales of narcotics, 1 of unlawfully receiving, concealing and facilitat ing the transportation and concealment of narcotics after unlawful importation, 2 and of conspiracy to violate Federal narcotic laws 3 . A co-defendant, Barney Woods, also known as “Sarge”, the alleged co-conspirator, had previously entered a plea of guilty. The defendant-appellant was sentenced to imprisonment for fifteen years.
