In 1970, defendant entered a plea of guilty to the offense of indecent liberties with a child. His motion for probation was granted conditioned upon serving 9 months in the Illinois State Penal Farm at Vandalia. A petition to revoke this probation was granted on September 17, 1973. On October 11, 1973, defendant was sentenced to 4 to 5 years’ imprisonment as a result of the probation revocation. Defendant appeals, contending the sentence should be vacated and the case remanded for re-sentencing.
