— The defendant was tried and convicted on a charge of rape. Before entering on the trial he filed a motion for a change of venue. This motion was demurred to hy the State, and after being several times amended and as often demurred to, the demurrer was sustained by the court. The facts as stated in the motion were insufficient to authorize a change of venue, and under the.authority of Jackson et al. v.
