In cause No. 17220, S. O. Shaffer v. J. B. Brown, in district court of Montgomery county, judgment by agreement was entered on the 29th day of May, 1935, dividing among J. B. Brown and his wife, Mary F. Brown, S. O. Shaffer and his wife, Mary D. Shaffer, and Leo W.
