This action was brought by G. M. Willard, hereinafter called appellant, against Wayne Hubbs, as auditor of the state of Arizona, hereinafter called appellee, for a writ of mandamus to compel the appellee, as auditor, to audit and allow a duly verified claim against the state game protection fund under the provisions of chapter 82 of the Special Session Laws of 1912, and to draw a warrant on the state treasurer, payable from that fund and under that law, for the sum of $2.40.
