AMENDED MEMORANDUM OPINION ON MOTION TO LIFT AUTOMATIC STAY AND OBJECTION TO CONFIRMATION

This matter is before the Court on the Motion of creditor LaSalle Bank National Association for relief from the automatic stay as well as LaSalle’s objection to confirmation. Debtor Laura Flores is alleged to be a co-owner of real estate located at 15625 South Bramblewood Road in Oak Forest, Illinois.
