—In a matrimonial action in which the parties were divorced by judgment dated August 18, 1989, the defendant former husband appeals from (1) so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Rigler, J.), entered *649December 5, 1990, as refused to modify the monetary credits awarded to the plaintiff former wife in the judgment of divorce, extended the time in which the plaintiff was required to notify the defendant of her election to purchase his interest in the former marital residence, authorized the Sheriff to sign deeds on his behalf in the event of the defendant’s refusal to acquiesce…
