McClure, deceased, against the Detroit & Cleveland Navigation Company, a corporation of the state, of Michigan, and owner of the steamer Western States, and the Hand & Johnson Tug Line, a corporation of the st^ite of New York, and owner of the steam tug Princeton, and by 'the administrator of Raymond E.
