OPINION

KIRSCH, Judge.. Jeffrey Gardner appeals the trial court's denial of his petition to modify child support and presents an issue of first impression: whether an inheritance should be included in weekly gross income for purposes of determining child support obligations.

We affirm.

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY
