This was an information, filed on the 9th day of May, 1879, on the relation of the prosecuting attorney, against the apjjellees, Robert F. Beck and seven others.

The information was in two paragraphs, to each of which the appellees severally demurred. .The demurrer was overruled as to each paragraph, and the appellees excepted. The appellees answered in five paragraphs, the third being a general denial. The appellant demurred to the first, second, fourth and fifth paragraphs of the answer.
