The plaintiff, Robert Marut, appeals from the grant of summary judgment in favor of the defendant Hunt Leibert Jacobson, P.C. The plaintiff argues that the trial court improperly (1) rendered summary judgment when genuine issues of material fact existed and (2) denied his motion to open that judgment. We disagree and, accordingly, affirm the judgment of the trial court.
