The Wilderness Society and Southern Utah Wilderness Alliance (collectively “TWS”) challenge Kane County’s actions 1 opening a portion of federal land in the County to off-road vehicle (ORV) use. Some of the federal land has been closed to ORV use by the United States Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and the National Park Service (NPS).
