The defendant took exceptions to the exclusion of certain evidence; and the refusal to give various rulings requested by him at the trial, and we take up and consider them in the order presented in his brief.
The defendant’s first exception is to the exclusion of the question asked him as to the condition of the house 50 Lucas Street.
