THOMAS, Justice.

The sole issue in this case is the proper method of computing damages for the breach of a contract to lease coin-operated machines. The Comer, Inc. d/b/a The Other Corner (The Comer) leased a jukebox, a pool table, an electronic dartboard, and two vending machines from Pinnacle, Inc. d/b/a Games Plus (Pinnacle) but, within a few days, The Corner repudiated the lease agreement. The breach of the lease agreement was conceded, and the sole issue at trial was the proper amount of damages.
